Before we start
Can the agent use our internal documents?
Yes, with authorisation and appropriate access. First we review which information it needs, who can see it and how the sources it relies on will be kept up to date.
Will it be able to act without asking permission?
Autonomy is defined for each task. Sensitive actions may require human approval. The agent needs limits and a clear way to hand over when information is missing or it cannot resolve a request.
What if it makes a mistake or a tool changes?
Answers cannot be guaranteed to be correct every time. We test foreseeable errors and agree reviews and maintenance. Licences, model usage and external channels are explained separately before implementation.
