Trying a tool is easy; making it useful at work takes practice and shared judgement. At Workbetter, we prepare AI training for business teams in Mallorca around their everyday tasks. Depending on what you need, we can work with drafts, documents, summaries or ways to organise information. The aim is for each participant to complete a useful task, know how to review the result and understand which information they can use with each tool.
When it makes sense
- People are trying tools independently, but the team has no shared approach to using them.
- Drafts are generated quickly, yet it is difficult to check their accuracy or adapt them to the business.
- There is interest in getting started, alongside questions about internal data, tools and which tasks to choose.
What we deliver
- A review of tasks, the team’s starting point and available tools to make the training relevant.
- A workshop with examples close to your work and an agreed sequence of practical exercises.
- Guided practice in writing instructions, providing context and reviewing answers before using them.
- An initial library of instructions and a usage guide covering information handling and review.
- Suggested next steps, with follow-up sessions or additional materials when included in the scope.
How we work
- We collect the tasks you want to improve and select examples we can use during the training.
- We practise with the team, discuss mistakes and repeat the task with clearer instructions.
- We check that each participant can complete and review a task, then provide materials for continued practice.
Before we start
Do participants need a technical background?
No prior AI knowledge is needed. We adapt the starting point to the team. We do need to understand their tasks and confirm access to the tools used in the sessions.
Can we work with our company’s documents?
We can prepare authorised, anonymised or fictional examples, depending on their sensitivity and the chosen tools. We agree what can be shared before the session; confidential documents do not need to be exposed.
Can the training take place in person in Mallorca?
We can discuss in-person or remote sessions and confirm location, format and availability in the proposal. Duration, required licences and follow-up depend on the team and the agreed scope.
